HUAWEI has launched the world’s first tri-fold smartphone, HUAWEI Mate XT, setting a new record on the tech stage. This phone takes the size of a tablet when fully unfolded. Let us know that earlier, Tecno had launched the tri-fold smartphone. Still, HUAWEI is the first to offer such a phone for general consumers. Display:
The tri-fold HUAWEI Mate XT phone has a screen size of 10.2 inches when fully unfolded. The phone looks a lot like a table for this screen size. This is the largest screen ever used in a fordable phone. Due to the unique design of the phone, this phone can be folded and used as a 6.4 inch and 7.9-inch phone. This screen features LYPO adaptive refresh rate, 1440Hz high frequency PWM dimming, 240Hz touch sampling rate and O-LED panel.
Processor:
This phone has been presented in three storage options by the company. The three models offer 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of storage respectively. So far noting has been officially announced about the chipset of this phone. But it has Kirin 9000. This phone will work on Harmony OS 4.2 operating system.
Camera:
For photography, the HUAWEI Mate XT phone features a 1/1.56-inch primary sensor with OIS, 12MP ultra wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 12MP periscope telephoto lens with 5.5x optical zoom. The fourth sensor in this setup is a focus sensor with XMAGE feature. Besides, this phone has an 8MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Battery:
There is a battery pack behind each folding part of the HUAWEI Mate XT phone. A total of 5,600mAh 50W battery has been added to this phone. This phone supports 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The single screen dimensions of this phone are 156.7mm (Length) x 73.5mm (Width) x 12.8mm (Thickness). Likewise, the dual screen Dimensions are 156.7mm (Length) x 143mm (Width) x 7.45mm/4.75mm (Thickness). The dimensions of the phone when fully unfolded are 156.7mm (Length) x 219mm (Width) x 3.6mm/3.6mm/4.75mm (thickness). Of this phone weight 298 grams.

- The latest HUAWEI Mate XT tri-fold phone in China has been launched in three storage options.
- The 16GB+256GB model of the phone is priced at 2,19,99 Yuan i.e. around Rs. 2,59,600.
- The mid model of the phone with 16GB+512GB is priced at 1,99,99 Yuan i.e. around Rs. 23,500.
- The top model of this phone with 16GB+1TB is Priced at 2,39,99 Yuan i.e. around Rs. 2,83,100.
- HUAWEI Mate XT phone is presenter in Black and Red colors. The per-booking of this phone has already started, and the sale of the phone will start from September 20.
